Here are some of the changes that visitors to Paynes of Hinckley should expect to see and follow:

  1. PRE-BOOKED Appointments only please - Call us in advance on 01455 237 777 to make a booking
  2. Payments should be made using Debit or Credit cards.
  3. If you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19 then please DO NOT visit us and reschedule your appointment
  4. Please maintain social distancing at all times (2m distance from other customers and our staff)
  5. All customer areas will have clear stickering indicating social distancing guidelines and any one way systems in place
  6. No waiting appointments
  7. Our waiting rooms and refreshments will unfortunately be closed at this stage to protect our customers and staff
  8. We will have multiple hand sanitising stations around the dealership. Please make use of them upon arrival.
  9. Technicians will be santising the common touch points on your vehicle both prior to and post working on your vehicle.
  10. No courtesy cars will be available until lockdown restrictions have been relaxed further.
  11. We have limited capacity to operate a chargeable Collect and Deliver service where we can collect your vehicle from your home address and return it once work has been completed - contact us for further details.
  12. Free courtesy washes of customer vehicles are now suspended until further notice
  13. Pleased only attend any pre-booked appointments either on your own or with one other person. No groups of more than 2 people will be allowed
  14. We have also implemented additional cleaning procedures within our premises for the benefit of both our staff and customers.
  15. If you belong to a vulnerable group and need additional assistance during a potential visit to Paynes of Hinckley, then please contact us in advance of your visit to discuss any additional help that we may be able to offer you.

Contactless Handovers

Motability

Motability have announced they will be automatically extending leases that are due to end for six months. There will be no need to contact Motability direct; and you will continue to be insured.
