How it works

• Either search through our used stock online or call our sales teams who are available on 01455 237 777 and they can assist you with finding the right vehicle for you.
• We can then send you further information on the vehicles of interest either by email, phone or online video chat including video walkrounds of the vehicle(s) concerned.
• You can also reserve a vehicle for just £99 on our website.
• Your new vehicle can then either be collected from Paynes or subject to location we can arrange for safe delivery of the vehicle and a contactless handover.
• And if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of collection or delivery, you can bring it back to us for a refund! *

* Applies to all used, ex-demonstrator and pre-registered cars and commercial vehicles ordered and delivered between 03/02/2021 and 28/02/2021. Applies to retail customers only and excludes business/fleet customers . Customers can return the vehicle to Paynes Garages Ltd. within 14 days from delivery/collection and receive a full refund (and cancellation of any finance arranged through us) provided that it is returned in the same condition with all keys, manuals etc and with no more than 500 miles usage. The customer will be responsible for arranging return of the vehicle purchased to Paynes Garages Ltd and for any costs of doing so. If the V5 has not yet been received by the customer and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until such time as the original V5 is provided, or the dealership is able to submit the registered keeper change online. Any part-exchange vehicles will be paid at the agreed valuation unless a return of the part-exchange vehicle is agreed. Any return of the part-exchange vehicle would be without any liability for the condition of the part-exchange
