I have been a Motability Driver for almost 15 years (all Ford cars).
I recently changed from a Focus to a C-Max 1.4 Diesel Auto.
Mr Chris Luff was instrumental in my choice having regard to my physical needs, from day one.
He kept me informed at all stages.
On changeover day his meticulous preparation of documents made the process so easy. On the C-Max hand over where his instruction and attention to detail of the various aspects (controls etc.) was superb. His pairing of the mobile/Nav system (all new to me) and its operations was clear and extremely helpful.
I left confident in the knowledge I was in control. I am now almost 3 months into driving my very comfy C-Max all thanks to the excellent advice and help of Chris Luff.
Please convey to him my sincere thanks. I hope he is still around on my next change over 3 years from now.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note in recognition of the high levels of customer service I have received from your dealership this week. I realise it's more common to shout these days when things go wrong than it is to take the time to acknowledge when things go well so hence the mail.
Both my wife's car and my Mondeo have been into your garage for Service & MOT and for work on the brakes, and on both occassions I have been dealt with professionally, promptly and honestly. I've used Paynes a number of times in the past, and the fact that I live in Rugby and work in Coventry should demonstrate how far I am prepared to travel to get good service. Clearly there are other Ford Dealerships in better proximity, so again a testament to the service you provide.
Needless to say, I will be booking the Mondeo in for its next service with you.
I recently had the misfortune of a minor bump. Your repair center gave a quick GOOD quote that was given the ok without delay. Van was in repaired and out quickly and i was loaned an excellent van to keep me going. Great dealership. Van from you and my partner has a car from you. When my account allows i will be buying from you again.
Car was picked up and dropped off from home address at the arranged time, we've never had that service before from other car dealerships and we've been on the Motability scheme for 18 years. It's our first ever Ford car. Always had the car washed when it's been into a workshop but to go the extra mile and run the vacuum over the inside was much appreciated.

NigelI wish to say Thank You to you & to your staff at Paynes. We purchased a second hand Transit from your dealership in August and picked up the vehicle 3rd of September. On picking up the vehicle the staff were very helpful having taxed the vehicle early that morning they then assisted me in getting my motor bike into the van for the return trip to N Wales. On return home we found the vehicle had a windscreen leak which on investigation was found to be due to the broken external trim fixings due to a new windscreen. Once the cause was identified we had a very quick and effective response with new trim despatched by your team and the leak was resolved.

I recently purchased a second hand 59 plate Ford Fiesta from this site and was served by your sales executive Chris Luff. I wanted to take the time to write a letter to thank Chris for his service, patience and advice throughout the purchase of my vehicle. I have recently had some accident damage repaired by you. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the work and the customer service you provided.
Someone came out to my home address to do an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. A few days later it was arranged for my car to be picked up at my work address and a loan car dropped off. Again, the driver arrived on time and was polite and professional. The following day, as arranged my car was delivered back to my home address all repaired, cleaned and looking good again. Having work done on the car can be quite disruptive but this was all very painless. I am definately a very satisfied customer.
I had my rear bumper replaced and repaired today. I wish to thank you for the excellent service you have given me.
Everything was done with the utmost courtesy. Collected on time, returned on time, no waiting for parts as you had ordered them in advance, sprayed in advance, and phone calls to keep me abreast of what was going on. The finished job was excellent. -
