We require experienced Vehicle Technicians to be part of a team focused on delivering high standards to a growing business and customers alike.

We have vacancies within the following departments

Commercial Vehicle Service (HGV Technicians)
Transit Centre Service (Light Commercial Vehicle Technicians)

Minimum of 3 years experience required.

Salary between £35k and £50k per annum depending on experience and shift patterns.

We have vacancies for our day shift and night shift.

Person Specification:The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

To maintain a high level of technical knowledge and ensure you are compliant with manufacturer training requirements
To uphold company and manufacturer quality standards and ensure all work undertaken meets customer expectations in relation to repairs carried out and to ensure repeat repairs are minimized
To ensure 100% compliance with the Vehicle Health Check process and that repair order write-ups are clear and concise by specifying concern, cause and cure
To take responsibility to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels by providing a quality of service that means customers would not consider using our competitors
To maintain your work area, tools and equipment to a high standard and ensure you understand and comply with all Health and Safety regulations and that customer vehicles are appropriately protected while in our care

Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
