have just received your aftersales letter. The sale was handled very well over the phone. When we arrived to buy and take away, the car was as described. Mr. Andrews handled the paperwork efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with the car. Unfortunately. Just for your information and in case it hasn't happened before the Free Ford Insurance is superb. I bought the car on Tuesday and on Friday I was visiting family when the car was reversed into by a neighbours son. I phoned Ford Insure on the Monday and they were superb. They told me what to tell my insurance company who were still covering my old Focus. I got a quote from the recommended garage and Ford Insure did the rest. By the time the repairs were carried out my insurance with Ford had run out. They arranged and insured the hire car for me although I was no longer insured with them. I must admit I was initially very worried especially as they were only informed of the claim the day before my insurance had run out. If you have other customers who are worried please tell them of my experience.I am delighted with my Focus. Even more after the rented Peugeot for a week!!.

To Accident Repair Centre

I have recently had some accident damage repaired by you. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the work and the customer service you provided.


Someone came out to my home address to do an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. A few days later it was arranged for my car to be picked up at my work address and a loan car dropped off. Again, the driver arrived on time and was polite and professional. The following day, as arranged my car was delivered back to my home address all repaired, cleaned and looking good again. Having work done on the car can be quite disruptive but this was all very painless. I am definately a very satisfied customer.

I feel lucky that I found the Paynes of Hinckley website in my search for a new Ford Fiesta, for three very good reasons:-.


1,They had exactly the car I wanted at a very good price.
2,I was given a very fair price for my car in part exchange.
3,The very friendly service that we received from the Manager and Sales "A" team was exceptional from start to finish.

What a pleasure to buy a new car without the hassle ( and" Payne") that we have experienced in many of our previous car purchases

Accident Repair Centre

Last week you took my car in for repairs to the drivers wing and bumper. I had little time to really deal with your staff as I was working at the time. I would like to say "Thank you" for the work, and to Melvyn who dealt with my queries and concerns extremely well.

I was dumbstruck when my car came back to me and there was no sign that anything had ever been wrong with it.

Thank you again all who was involved in the fixing of my baby (us women are sensitive about our cars!) and for making the process such an easy one as I didn't have the time to do the running around.

I purchased a used Focus (from Paynes) on 1/12/2007. I wish to tell you how very pleased I have been with the service from Paynes. This is the first time I have been a Paynes customer and I only popped in to compare deals as I was about to buy a car from a nearby competitor from whom I have bought both new and used Fords. I thought that Paynes salesman was excellent and professional yet friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have also had good experience with the parts department.
